Seralunai is a very young druid, only born in the more recent years of Azeroths’ history. If she could take a guess, she thinks she is around 420 years old. She has seen a good deal of conflict and war, and prefers the solitude of the ancient forest to the large cities of the world.
Seralunai was born within the deep forests of Ashenvale many years before the Burning Legion invasion which destroyed much of Azeroth. Her father, sensing her druidic nature very early in her life, taught her to connect with the Emerald Dream. Because of this, Seralunai chose to wander the Emerald Dream quite often. She did not experience the events of the battle at Mt. Hyjal, only awakening a short time later to discover the devastation that remained afterwards, that her connection with the Emerald Dream was now severed... and that her entire family was now missing.
For some time, Seralunai wandered, lost and not knowing what direction to take in her life. Eventually she was forced to strengthen her spirit and made the journey to the new world tree, Teldrassil, to begin her training. Training that has now taken her all over Azeroth, and beyond to the Outlands.
For a brief time she was reunited with her missing brother, Ephidel. But a year after their reunion he disappeared again, leaving her to always wonder what had become of him. She was finally reunited with her older sister, Tari of the Priesthood, while adventuring in the Outlands. They remain in close contact to this very day.
Seralunai finds herself most at home with the ancient lands of Kalimdor. She is calm and inquisitive in nature, and holds no hatred in her heart for the Horde. In fact, she has become quite curious about them, and is often seen observing them from a distance. She dislikes orcs, however. They continue to destroy her homeland by chopping down the forests of Ashenvale, and this upsets her greatly. She can sense the corruption within their hearts and believes that it would not take much provocation for them to return to their demonic ways.
The Winterspring FrostsabersEdit
Seralunai spent a great deal of time in Winterspring, gaining the trust of the Wintersaber Trainers. Overall, she spent approximately one year in that snowy climate, helping the trainers to feed their tigers whenever she had the time. The process was slow and time consuming and many other duties often took her away from Winterspring. But eventually, once she had proven that she could fight back the insane furbolgs and giants to protect those beautiful wild cats, she was finally allowed the privilege to ride one of her own.
It was not long afterwards that the Dark Portal was reopened, and Seralunai rode her new mount into the vast unknown areas of Outland.
Seralunai lacks any tribal facial markings that are often seen on so many of the Kaldorei race. She does have a thin long scar that crosses her right eyebrow and another two long scars on the right side of her neck. Both are faded and obviously very old. They appear to be large claw marks. She prefers her long white hair hanging loose down her back, and her very pale skin tends to burn in the sun. For this reason Seralunai is almost never seen during the light of day.
The druidess that stands before you carries an almost feline grace about her, and her movements are fast and confident. Her long silvery white hair hangs loosely down her back and over her shoulders, and her eyes glow a soft white. Her face does not have any tribal tattoos. Preferring to spend the nights awake and prowling, her skin is extremely pale from the lack of sunlight. A thin long scar crosses her right eyebrow, and there are another two long scars down the right side of her neck. Both have faded and look very old. They appear to be large claw marks.
Seralunai was always of the balance aspect, until she reached her 55th season and tried healing for the first time. Just before the Dark Portal opened to the Outlands, she tried her hand at the feral aspect and remained that way for a very long time. Nowadays she is both restoration and feral, switching between the two when the situation permits.
