Lithe in form and quick to smile, Rhio's age is difficult to determine. Her lilting voice is deep and slightly raspy. Golden studs and hoops trim her ears, some bearing small red beads and baubles. There is a tattoo on the back of her neck, most often hidden by her curling pale gold hair, depicting a dragonhawk wrapped around a two-handed sword.
