Vissiandra is an older, undead blood elf. She is usually quiet and reserved, but if spoken to, her tone is quick, to-the-point, and unreserved. She is blunt and not afraid to cut to the quick. She analyzes everything under a condescending gaze. She has a reputation for being quite sadistic and downright evil, and is well known through the Houses of Silvermoon as the Ice Lady. She is notorious and sometimes obnoxious, and enjoys carrying herself through Silvermoon and making her presence known. She has many allies, and even more enemies.

Vissiandra is lithe for a blood elf, tall and willowy, with very gentle sloping curves.
