Grom'ogh, Edge of Hellscream was a fake item that became popular in the Warcraft community for a short time. The weapon was rumored to drop off Illidan in The Burning Crusade. However, the actual axe of Grom Hellscream, Gorehowl, was found to drop in Karazhan off Prince Malchezaar.
