The centaur of the Gelkis Clan are a clan of civilized centaurs who fear of wiping out of existence.

History Edit

Originally lead by the Second Khan Gelk, the Magram situated themselves in the southernmost regions of Desolace when the centaur divided into five tribes and have remained there ever since.

When the Gelkis tribe spoke out against Khan Magra of the Magram's notion that strength was essential and the tribe’s survival depended on their fighting spirit, arguing that Theradras always watches over the centaur and will keep the tribes safe and alive, an eternal feud between the two tribes was born.

As such the Gelkis are more civilised - or as close as centaur can come to civilised - than their brethren, with an organised social structure and a firm grasp of the Common tongue. While the Magram only respect strength, the Gelkis respect nature and their birthmother Theradras, calling upon her protection and the power of earth to maintain their existence.

But when the Old Gods threatened Theradras, the Earth-Mother, the clan was angered greatly against them and wished to fight against them, but for them to succeed they need support from other races, and since they can't join the Horde they have no choice but the Alliance.

History Edit

Kobolds are a race of sniveling, rat-like humanoids who infest deep tunnels and abandoned mines throughout Azeroth, but primarily in the Eastern Kingdoms. Cowardly and pathetic by nature, they can be riled to action when backed into a corner. Kobolds have limited intelligence and usually try to stay away from populated areas where other, larger races dwell.

But their sister race, the harpies, which resemble a cross between a Night Elf female and a hunting bird, with long talons for feet, and large graceful wings for arms, are vicious and predatory by nature and are the bane of all other life in the areas were they take root.

Both races were female night elves who during the time before the War of the Ancients gave themselves over to Aviana, but when Aviana was destroyed and with her her realm all of her offspring became highly hostile, but sadly when the Great Sundering accured her male offspirng lost their beauty and form and became known as the kobolds while the females harpies.

For centuies these races lived harmoniously together im memory of the years past and their queen. They shared homes and supplies with each other, but when the Old Gods attacked some of the harpy settlemets they needed help from the greater races of Azeroth, but knew that none would ever accept them, but if the kobolds would ask to be part of the Horde they would be accepted since they do have some ally races in the Horde, and will help the sisters.

Thankfully the kobolds were accepted as part of the Horde, and are selflessly aiding the harpies in their time of need by giving supllies, food, and homes in their settlements.
