An'Thun is related to C'Thun. Her presence in Azjol-Nerub is highly unbelievable that how she got there. It is said by Blizzard that a century ago The Prophet Skeram made a spell to warp An'Thun to the nerubian kingdom but how the nerubians didn't react to his presence is unknown.
