Basically, this is a simplistic list of all the changes i feel need to be made to the wiki, and am currently pushing for.

1. Web standards and symantically correctly markup.
   1. Removal of tables used for non-tabular data.
   2. CSS 2.1 standards (With CSS3 used in exceptional cases for enhancement, but not critical functionality and display.)
   3. XHTML used in coformance with 1.0 transitional standard, avoiding depreciated tags in all cases.
2. New CSS theme changes (nothing major, just fixes and additions)
3. New Namespace policy
   • New Namespaces (For a full list, see User:Zeal/Changes/Namespaces)
   • Usage and relationships of Namespaces
4. New Category policy
   • Namespaces only as Categories except in wiki functionality cases.
   • Disambiguation for namespaces
5. New article policy
   1. New writing policy
      • Always use self-links
      • Acceptance of stubs
      • Nouns and proper-noun used correctly.
   2. New naming policy
      • No generational article titles outside the user space.
      • Capitalize the first letter of each word with the exception of "of", "the", "a" etc.
   3. New disambiguation policy
      • Listed in brackets.
      • Seperated by commas.
      • Disambig templates.
   4. New speculation and controversy policy
      • Kept seperate under a clear header
      • Brief summary with links to internal or external articles to explain and discuss.
   5. New citation policy
      • Only direct quotes.
      • No paraphasing.
      • Citation template.
   6. New refrence policy
      • Paraphrased.
      • Reworded.
      • Refrence template.
      • Source categorizing.
   7. New structring policy
      • Article type headers encompass the whole article.
      • Summarized content in right column in appropriate format.
      • No level 1 headers.
      • Section containers with indents.
      • ToCs in right column below summary.
      • Article links (both internal and external) in right column below ToC.
      • Article images images in the right column below links.
      • Contexual images floated and cleared where needed in text flow.
      • Article inclusion coding.
