Reasons for removing leveling guide links? Edit

I was just getting rid of spam links, all of the links that I removed offer no content value related to the wiki page other than redirecting affiliate links. It should instead be linked to the source like http://www.ultimatewowguide.com, which I tried to add but Raylan13 disapproved which is fine, but some users are out of control adding multiple external link to the same page which I consider spamming.
