If you read the lore, ""It was once a district devoted to leisure activities for Stormwind's populace."" from the Park Youd read that stormwinds residents once used it. Why else whould some shops still have goods hanging up, and be all deserted. All im saying is that they USED to be used. As further lore implies. (alot of wow lore is Fiction, so even im not sure if its 100% true) but based on what i have read other places, the park was once used for more then just, a park. lol::

Thats what i mean - the park page says it used to be used for other activities. Why the hell else do they have shops there ROFL::
