Item ArticlesEdit

You really should take a look at Boilerplate:Item; you're missing a few things on that page you updated (maybe cats, and it was missing tocleft off the top of my head). Otherwise, looking good! :)--Sky 01:15, 14 March 2007 (EDT)

Thanks. I am after feedback. My plan is to get 1 gem right, and then go through and fix up all the others using the Template:BC Itempage Placeholder. OK. I have updated it a bit more to use add the Table of Contents and the Jewelcrafting Products category and also add the external references. I want to get this one right, as I'll be essentially using it as a template (not a wiki template) for the rest. --Eltari 02:00, 14 March 2007 (EDT)
I'm going to tweak it a tad then, k? I'll leave a message here when I'm done. :)--Sky 02:04, 14 March 2007 (EDT)
Ok, should be tweaked enough. Note that item pages do not need a T:Bc template; I also changed a few other things (see the history page for the few changes I did make).--Sky 02:12, 14 March 2007 (EDT)
Changed Bold Living Ruby, Delicate Living Ruby, Flashing Living Ruby. I don't want to do too many in case there are issues, but they look OK to me. The list I am working though is all the gems in this list (What links to the deprecated template). I think I am getting the hang of it though --Eltari 22:49, 14 March 2007 (EDT)
I would actually suggest working through Category:Transcludable pages. Once you're done with any given jewel, tag the transcludable pages with a {{speedydelete}}. It should be fairly evident which items are jewels on that list and which aren't. :)--Sky 23:40, 14 March 2007 (EDT)
It isn't really (evident). Because there is more than just Jewels there there is a lot to wade through. However, someone has gone and cleaned up my other list, so it is all I have. Looking at non-Jewel items like Gauntlets of the Chosen, the main page looks ok (Still using the deprecated {{rare}} template), but not using Gauntlets of the Chosen/Price, yet the Price page still exists. Should they (Price, Tooltip and Quality pages which are no longer linked to) also be marked for speedy delete?—The preceding unsigned comment was added by Eltari (talk · contr).
Sure, if you feel like it... I'm wondering if I can convince Kirkburn to make me an admin for the purpose of deleting the things xD... Probably not.--Sky (t · c · w) 01:51, 21 March 2007 (EDT)
Also, just work through the "Design" pages. Odds are that those will have a Gem that doesn't have a correct entry. Or, alternatively, you could wait for KasoBot to sweep through and convert the tabling to {{Tooltip}}. Then fill them in. w/e floats your boat. :)--Sky (t · c · w) 01:53, 21 March 2007 (EDT)
Toclefts are no more...--Hobinheim (talk · contr) 18:57, 10 May 2007 (EDT)
