I couldn't find a complete comprehensive list of Achievements so I decided to create my own. I hope this O.K.? Or if you can point me to the right page so I can edit that one and add these to that list?

Ok, basically need User:Celess22/wikiatabsstyle.tag placed in the site css (without the <style> tags obviously), and this performance pass is done. That will allow not having to use the template version. I think the css is working well. There is one fixup in the User:Celess22/wikiatabsstyle.tag to stop the irregular focus box in IE, and the CSS itself for #mptabslite is more optimized than the #mptabs version. Archmage (Warcraft III) teleport info

I see that you've restored the text for the spell mass teleport as part of the Archmage (Warcraft III) article. Is there anyway this text can be trimmed down? The same text is present in the mass teleport article and it seems a bit informal, as if some one is tell us why they like this spell rather than a simple description of its uses.

Also it has been added that citation is needed on the fact that mass teleport cannot teleport to flying units as destination point. This can be confirmed quickly by any player using this unit at level 6 or above.

Renew wowwiki page

Hi Fandyllic! First of all I would like to thank you for your comment. Although it might sound negative I would like to justify as to why your opinion might arrive:

• First of all there is a major change in how talents and spells are fashioned in the current live build
• the wowwiki page, honestly most of the spells and abilities are outdated
• The current boilerplate doesn't fit some of the changes done in-game as to this reference site: i.e. talent can be availed at certain level with three different option. No new template is existing
• Most of the content there are manually update and as of now I don't have the time to do so. If you have spare time kindly join me in updating this page since this would be my 1st move.
• The idea of the content would be entail a renewed format for this page.
  • If there are existing TGC photos include it in the page
  • post any flavored text
  • add an internal link to that specific TGC card within wowwiki pages
  • content are divided in current phase which is what ever existing in game state this spell has and the details
    • include the description of what is currently working and from what patch did it started
    • include any spell modifying talents, specializations, glyphs, tier set bonus and their internal link
  • sub sequent state contains all the previous spell changes that where made on the spell itself, the previous talents affecting it (under the old talent system passive or active), any glyphs, or tier set bonus.
  • change the outdated link to external site i.e. wowhead,mmo-champion database, thotbot with the new current spell id
  • provide any guides from external sources.

I'd be glad to help. I assume you're talking about [Renew] primarily. I will start helping by updating the {{Infobox ability}} template with things like specific level required. I think |talent_tree= can serve for specialization requirement. Blizzard seems to have made "spec" more analogous to specialization rather than talent tree now anyway, so I may just add support for |specialization=. I also take a look at {{Infobox talent}} which might even need more work.

My main disagreement with the "Present State" vs. "Subsequent State" section organization is that it is too vague. Present state for what? Current patch? Subsequent state for when? Expansion release? If this was more clear, then I wouldn't mind so much.

When writing wiki pages, you have to read it back to yourself as if you were someone who knows very little about the current state of the game. If there is future stuff, you need to be as clear as possible about milestones for that future (or past). Give patch versions or expansions like Patch 5.0.5 or Mists of Pandaria.

Lastly, as a general practice WoWWiki doesn't try to include too much historical info about stuff in order not to confuse readers. If you want to preserve most of the old info on a spell for example, move it to spell (old) and link to it from the spell page. Twitch TV Embed Interest?

Hey there Fandyllic,

My name is Jorge and I'm on Wikia's Community Development Program. I actually want to reach out to gauge your wiki's potential interest in embedding some Twitch TV content.

To give some background, Wikia is interested in working with Twitch to get some native embeds for interested wikis. Twitch provides live-streaming of games, from simple lets-plays to massive tournaments and competitive events. Embedding could allows users to easily find streaming content or get together to chat about particular events. If the wiki is interested, you could also have you very own wiki channel/group to stream content to users, make your own show, etc. If might fit well with Pandaria BETA, launch, and Battlgrounds events.

Do you think this is something the WoW wiki community might be interested in? If so, how do you think it would be used? (home-page embed, its standalone page with just links or an actual embed? something else? Producing your own show? Etc.) Either way, let me know your thoughts by leaving a message on my talk page. Patrol logs in recent changes

Hi, I'm from a wiki discussing whether to instal Recent Changes Patrol and had a question I hoped you could answer. I've also left this message on User talk:Raylan13 in case you don't get this for a while.

From what I can see from Special:RecentChanges marking an edit as patrolled does not show up, but does in Special:Log. Is this the same if you are able to mark edits as patrolled, or does the patrol log show up if you have the right?

There is no limit on the number of external links by policy, but only approved sites may have multiple external links to the same site. MM101 issues

hey, I am having a bit of a issue regarding User:MM101. This user posted an edit on the Item level page, which contains what appears to be comments on the outdatedness of the article. I asked them to instead post it on the talk page, as they clearly had good input for the page, but I felt it was not an appropriate edit. The summary answer is that I wasn't that friendly with alot of the main admins that led the charge to go to what became Wowpedia and I thought WoWWiki still had some life in it. I also work on a bunch of other Wikia wikis, so it would be kind of strange to ignore WoWWiki. Also, I have met Raylan13 and he's a really good person. Those generically named screenshots bug me too, but I know most people never read the policy pages. Also, until Wikia says, "WoWWiki is taking up too much hard drive space!" I'm not too worried about user images as long as they are relevant to Warcraft. Runescape

Mentioning is not necessarily advertising. User talk pages sometimes can range off-topic. User subpages can be used for opp-topic things if they are like lists or sandboxes. A WoWWiki:Sandbox pages can be used, because they are used with the knowledge that anything in them can be wiped out. Other than that I can't think of anything.

The key issue is external linking and obvious, outright advertising (a full sentence or more). A few words here and there does little harm. Wowpedia.org is basically a 90% copy of WoWWiki and they still only have half or less the traffic rating than us. I don't think the Battle.net and WoW Insider links are the main reason Wowpedia is gaining on WoWWiki, because they had that early on. Mega Bloks

ya, i'm going to add the other pages and pictures in sometime soon, should the other figures in the 5 Part Mega Bloks WoW Stopmotion have pages? They are mostly Ragerock without the torso clothes and different armor, black hair blood elf DK, and some others. --RaceLord (talk)

Unless a figure is uniquely identified, I wouldn't make a separate page for it. If you see a unique figure that appears to be based of an existing one, but the figure doesn't have a name, just put that info in a "Notes" section of the figure it resembles. I have to admit, i'm very excited . When you say promote feedback, what do you mean exactly? Name change

Hey Fandyllic I have a question; how does user name changing work exactly? Would the new user name have the same edit count and information as the old one? I only ask because I am a little annoyed at using my real name with my user name. I'd prefer it if I could use something that would be a little more anonymous. I've heard the rename tool might be broken recently, but I believe it usually works pretty seamlessly. Do you want to hold off on the admin promotion until you have a name change? Ahh okay. The block list is different from the block log. What you are seeing is probably an attempt by someone with the same IP as the blocked user trying to edit or create an account.
