Edit
The template takes a number of named parameters, all of which can be omitted if so desired:
- date (required)
- Date (in the "Month Year" format, e.g. "December 2008") when you've tagged this article for update.
- user (required)
- Your wowwiki username, lacking any sort of User: prefix (e.g. "|user=Foxbot"), this will be used to notify you of any failures encountered while trying to update the articles you tagged.
- patch
- If specified, this item will not be updated until the specified patch is considered live (e.g. |patch=2.3 or |patch=2.3.2); omit if you want the item page updated regardless of the current patch.
- tiponly
- If specified, only the item tooltip will be updated. Typical use: existing item pages with content that should be kept, and tooltip code that should be discarded.
- nostub
- The template, by default, functions as a {{Stub/Item}} tag as well. Providing a nostub argument would prevent the item from being placed in Category:Item stubs.
