farseer = Farseer
There's no difference. They'll both end up at http://www.wowwiki.com/Farseer . Also, [[orc]]s will show up as orcs. For more, see http://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Internal_link .
That may be, but...
...Farseer is a title, and should therefore, at least from what I see it as, be capitalized. Am I wrong in my thinking of this? I also know that whole [[orc]]s deal, but thanks for the information anyway. Grihm Bloodtusk 19:29, 21 August 2007 (UTC)

Brewmasters
What's the purpose of making links to those names? Just as every other hero in WC3 there are random names, and that's just what they are - random. It's not likely that they will ever appear again, but if the names are used again then they will be expanded. Not to mention that you have to use the correct stubbing (check the articles again to see what I mean).--gOurra[T҂C] 18:54, 14 May 2008 (UTC)
The Answer
Because they existed. It's ridiculous to leave them out of the wikipedia just for being a single-game character. If that was so, then characters like Turok don't need pages either, now do they? They're heroes, and therefore, they deserve pages. Bethor Iceshard and various other random heroes from Warcraft III exist in WoW, and it's very likely the others exist as well - the Pandaren are just kept secretive still and therefore do not appear in WoW (or at least not at this point). Look how many one-time little civilian characters have pages, too. If they deserve pages, certainly the heroes do. Grihm Bloodtusk (talk) 19:02, 14 May 2008 (UTC)
- We do not allow random hero names because there is no specific information about them that can't be found in the main hero class webpages. Also people tend to make up lore for them based on their random encounters with a certain name on their particular play through the game. Random hero names are mainly only used for multiplayer games, and occasional mob in the single player. Because those mobs on single player may have any random name, we can't define any specific name for them. WE have discussed having all random names redirect to Random Name article explaining what names can be randomized, and the exceptions that are static in certain levels. But we do not allow specific pages for random hero names until someone can prove that a character is static on at least one specific level.Baggins (talk) 20:01, 14 May 2008 (UTC)
