Just so you know, external links always come last. (unless navigational templates are used, then they come last.) Thank you for contributing. Righto! Howbizr (talk) 05:15, 21 September 2008 (UTC)

Replacement reins (Brewfest)

"Replacement reins do not summon a ram, however, they are useful to prep for the non-quest mechanic ..." How so? What sort of prep are you doing? Madkaugh (talk) 17:34, 2 October 2008 (UTC)

Hopefully I made that statement clear enough. I talk to the <Ram Racing Apprentice>, and he gives me the reins. Then I put them on my bar so they're ready to go. I get in max range of the <Ram Racing Master>, talk to him, and accept the mechanic. It doesn't bug out or anything - I can just use the reins I already have to start running. If you didn't do this, it seems possible there could be a small degree of latency (maybe 0.5 second) for the quest item to appear in your inventory. This way you start clicking right away!
"Hopefully I made that statement clear enough." - Your hope is in vain, obviously, since the question was asked.
"I talk to the <Ram Racing Apprentice>, and he gives me the reins." - Yes, that was already in the article, the comment you changed was about the alleged usefulness or lack thereof of those reins.
"Then I put them on my bar so they're ready to go." - OK, that was what I was asking about, the scope of the benefit of the inert reins. I agree, BTW, they are a bit useful for that. Madkaugh (talk) 01:21, 4 October 2008 (UTC)

My first significant article

Please check out Brewmaster. Any help making it more up to standards would be appreciated.Howbizr (talk) 21:17, 4 October 2008 (UTC)

Are you telling yourself to check it out? =)
I guess the idea was... if someone else came to talk to me, maybe they'd see this? He he. Howbizr (talk) 12:26, 8 October 2008 (UTC)
But yea it looks good to me, though alliance should really come first, because A before H. Good job. User:CoobraSssssssssssssssssssssssss User:CoobraFor Pony! {TDon't hiss at me.CIf you do things right, people won't be sure you've done anything at all.) 02:41, 6 October 2008 (UTC)
Per your request for feedback;
I like the look of the page, and your information is thorough. Good job.
The sub-achievements should be fleshed out, which will be very redundant. I suspect the best approach would be transcluded sub-articles. Haven't messed with those myself. Madkaugh (talk) 20:10, 6 October 2008 (UTC)

Residue of Darkness

It's not an ability, thus doesn't need the {{Infobox ability}} template. gOurra[T҂C] 22:15, 4 October 2008 (UTC)

Icons

Please don't worry about the icons, most if not all are there. Use the Search WoWWiki if you must, but please don't worry about having to upload any. Well the search page I linked works wonders. Just uncheck the main checkbox and check the image checkbox and search away, it doesn't care if the image uses lower or upper case. But a good rule of thumb is that every new word is capped. RE: Horde Icon / Alliance Icon Template

See {{Horde}} and {{Alliance}}. gOurra[T҂C] 20:04, 19 October 2008 (UTC)

Achievement Tooltip

I like it, but put it up on a more public forum for comment, like Village pump. Madkaugh (talk) 04:02, 22 October 2008 (UTC)

WW:CAT

Please review WW:CAT in regards to category naming before creating any more categories. Thank you. --PcjCreator of WoWWiki's hover tooltips; WoWWiki admin (T3 latest discussions:

Brewmaster

Yeah, they're seperate achievements, but I think it'd be best if we just outlined the differences as I have in the brewfest article. I think it'd be eaiser for the readers that way. Mckaysalisbury (talk) 17:40, 31 October 2008 (UTC)

WW:MOS

When editing pages, pay heed to that page. Specifically, section headers should be in sentence case and not completely in capitals. Thanks. --Sky (t · c · w) 00:29, 2 November 2008 (UTC)

I realized I didn't quite phrase it correctly. You've been making pages that say "See Also" and "External Links", when they should be "See also" and "External links". Other section headers should follow the same rules, unless the word is a proper noun, such as a header titled "Beginning of Thrall's existence". --Sky (t · c · w) 15:46, 2 November 2008 (UTC)
No, title case or some other form of it was probably what I was looking for. :P --Sky (t · c · w) 15:57, 2 November 2008 (UTC)

Achievement cases

I think you misunderstood me in that only the Feats of Strength achievement category should be cased like that, and not the PvP or world event categories. Personally I'd keep it like "Category:Player vs. player achievements" and "Category:World event achievements". gOurra[T҂C] 03:07, 22 November 2008 (UTC)
