For the Oracle Talisman of Ablution I changed the percentage from 2% to 5% based upon my experiments. However, I am aware that Blizzard may change the action of that Talisman based upon the class of the character using it. And different classes may receive a different percentage return. So I'm mentioning here that the character that I got the 5% return from was a priest. If someone else sees a different percentage return and is using a different character class, the wiki page will need a more extensive edit.
