Talk pages
Edit
For each page of the wiki, you will find a "discussion" tab at the top, that links to a talk page. When you are adding personal 'chat' comments about (eg) a quest, you will want to use that page instead of the main page. If you have particular information relating to that quest, an appropriate way to have it available on the main page would be to add a "notes" section to the page. If you would like assistance, please ask. We don't bite. --Eirik Ratcatcher (talk) 18:15, 10 August 2009 (UTC)
- Some of us might bite =P, but on a serious side, the talk pages are for discussing edits, not for random comments or conversations. User:Coobra/Sig4 20:59, 10 August 2009 (UTC)
- User talk pages are used for "whatever". The forums are for chat of various types. And honestly, as long as the comment is vaguely relevant to the page it refers to, it should be okay. The talk pages aren't policed terribly heavily. --Eirik Ratcatcher (talk) 00:20, 11 August 2009 (UTC)
- Yes, user talk pages are for whatever, but I was talking about article talk pages. WW:TALK. User:Coobra/Sig4 01:08, 11 August 2009 (UTC)
