Re: Petrolspill Leggings Edit

By and large we acquire our information from wowhead and/or battle.net. Neither of those sources shows a FR stat for the [Petrolspill Leggings]. However, it is discussed on the wowhead site by players. Normally when such a discrepancy exists we'd go ahead and throw it in the item box, but -0 is a non-stat and has no meaning. It may also be a bugged stat, as it doesn't make much sense to throw it on there. To that end, it seems best to put it in a notes section so players know about it. I'll shift it down into it's own section. Rather than us keeping on reverting changes (and being in danger of violating the three revert rule), feel free to post in the discussion started between myself and Fandyllic on the matter.
