On the Topic of Icons Edit
Hi OwlBoy. I recently updated the mage spell page and added the new(ish) Arcane Brilliance spell. Would you mind working your icon Mojo on the .jpg? If you want to leave me info on where you get your lovely .pngs (or do you make them?) I'll never bother you again. :) --RoJ 16:58, 12 Jul 2005 (EDT)
Re: On the Topic of Icons Edit
Sorry I took so long to notice this note, I really have to add this to my watchlist :) Image has been updated.
Its the Common greeting of my guild, something non-diehard mac fans might not know about, and I thought it would be fine to put it in since we all use it to greet non-Reservoir Dogcows in addition to among our selves.
Well, could you compact it to one page? I want to keep this from getting out of hand. :-) -- AlexanderYoshi
There, we got it all fixed - OwlBoy 17:32, 21 Nov 2004 (EST)
Awesome job on the Warlock Info Edit
Especially since Warlocks are my beloved class. >:-) -- AlexanderYoshi 22:44, 21 Nov 2004 (EST)
Updated the High end pet info, someone had it all wrong. OwlBoy 14:45, 3 Mar 2005 (EST)
Nice pictures. Edit
They do indeed add a bit of life to this wiki. I especially like the Undead sleep pic. :-)

I shall go ahead and keep making them until I am told to stop then :)

Another fellow Mac gamer? Edit
I've heard the Reservoir Dogcows are mostly Mac gamers... is that true? If you're not, that's cool too. I played Shadowbane with mostly PC folks.
I play WoW on a Powerbook 15" 1.5 Ghz. If only we can get Mr. Yoshi to get Cosmos working on the Mac!

Hey, if you do use a Mac, Cosmos does work on the Mac. So if you're not using it, check it out.
--- Fandyllic 8:28 AM PST 21 Mar 2005
Yes, I do use a mac, Dogcows are mac users mostly, and I use cosmos, have since I started in beta. Auto trade was fun :) OwlBoy 23:41, 26 Mar 2005 (EST)
Just a late reply. I figured you might not get back to my talk page any time soon, so I decided to post it here too.
- Please do not make the images I add into thumbs
- They are made as pngs with transparency so they can appear at the top of the page neatly.
- OwlBoy 15:56, 9 Mar 2005 (EST)
Oh, sorry about that. Do you mean Alpha transparency? I'm a die-hard IE user, and we won't be getting alpha-transparency support until IE7. Probably looks a lot better on your end. :)
Have you thought about right-aligning them? (instead of writing "thumb" in an image tag, write "right", in case you didn't know, but you probably do.) I'm one of those types who loves to have text flowing around pictures, rather than having them on their own line.
I didn't realize I had my own Talk page until just now. Heh, oops.

Welcome to WoWWiki! Hope you can help the community and vice versa (-:
If you have any questions, I would be happy to answer them, or you could drop them at the reference desk (where I might answer them anyway)!
Just wanted to say welcome, and to encourage you to contribute!
Want to help? Join a team!Edit
Also, if you are here to help the community as a whole (and not just edit an article or two that you noticed needed changing), then I suggest you check out the various community teams - we could always use some help! Find one that suits you and leave a message on it's join page!
- Any info? You have visited some, but I have no reply *cry* lol; you seem like a dedicated helper, come join a team! -- ℑilver§ℑide 05:01, 14 Dec 2005 (EST)
Hey, if you're going to update pages, could you do me a favor and make a note about what you changed in the summary? Particularly, whether you added a template/recateogorized the page/what sections you added or touched up -- things like that. Thanks for your help and continued support. :) --MyndFyre
- Ok, sorry I find my self making tiny changes and saving each time, but I will try better. OwlBoy 02:34, 14 Dec 2005 (EST)
Outland locations. Edit
Look at the history of a lot of the coming soon pages. I've done a ton of researching on new Outland locations, and have gotten a great amount of information together from dozens of articles and forum posts. --Xmuskrat 15:26, 21 Dec 2005 (EST)
Put Murloc sound on the wowwiki server? Edit
Hi, I noticed that you are hosting the beloved Murloc sound on the Nerglish page from your site www.owlboy.com. Would it be okay if the sound was hosted from wowwwiki.com instead? I don't know where you got the sound, but assuming you sampled it, I figured I should ask you for permission. If it's okay, I think Kirkburn could actually put the file somewhere on wowwiki.com (or wherever on wikia.com it really lives). -- (talk · contr) 5:44 PM PDT 2 Oct 2007
