BMPs uploaded as JPGs

Hey Pwnerpwner, some of your images don't preview because they seem to be BMPs uploaded with the JPG extension (.jpg).

Examples as of this message:

Image:Hinterlands River.jpg	Image:Hinterlands River Source.jpg

If you click on the info link below each preview with an error, you will notice their MIME type is image/x-ms-bmp rather than the expected image/jpeg.

Can you fix them by saving them as JPGs and re-uploading them? You can use GIMP or MS Paint if you have XP or higher. -- Fandyllic (talk · contr) 11:07 PM PST 26 Nov 2007
