Removed your addition to Arena PvP System article

I tried to find the supposed dev blog referred to and couldn't find it. If you have a reference link, you can add it back, but without it, I have to assume it is bogus. --

- I removed what you added again. Giving a date doesn't help. I have sincerely searched for this supposed blog, but I can't find it.
