Welcome
Welcome to WoWWiki! Hope you can help the community and vice versa :-)
If you have any questions, someone will gladly answer them, or you could drop them at the reference desk.
We just wanted to say welcome, and to encourage you to contribute! --Fandyllic (talk)
Want to help? Join a team!
As a community it is easier to get large amounts of maintenance and community projects done in teams - we like to recruit each new wiki-user (also known as WoWWikians) to join one or two. Check out Community teams for more info! --Fandyllic (talk)
Want to participate? Vote!
WoWWiki isn't an absolute democracy, but many decisions are voted on. Also, we encourage members to vote on site policies. See a list of votes in progress or a list of policy proposals. --Fandyllic (talk) 5:38 PM PDT 30 May 2006
"STOP"?
Someone a few moments ago posted the following comment to this page:
== STOP == STOP VANDALIZING OR I'LL BAN YOU!!!!!!!!!!!
This comment was removed a moment or two later.
If the person who wrote this comment is reading this, I'd like to ask: For one, who are you? You didn't sign your comment. For another, I didn't realize that my cleaning up of articles -- in such a way that no existing information is destroyed -- constituted "vandalizing". What are the protocols here, on this Wiki, for changing existing articles?
