Uthel'nay^{[35.6, 68.6]}

is a troll mage trainer located in the Valley of Spirits in the orcish city of Orgrimmar. He can be found on the top floor of the hut that houses the other magic-using trainers, as well as one of two portals to the Blasted Lands.
