Travel to Uther's Tomb, in Western Plaguelands.

Near the statue in the tomb, use the Tribute. A token of tribute will be placed at your current location. Each race leaves a different token:

• Dwarves leave ale mugs.
• Humans leave a bouquet of roses
• Night Elves leave candles
• Gnomes leave engineered items similar to hammers (?)
• Draenei leave a relic with a blue crystal
