Valiant Bressia <Triumphant Armor Vendor> can be found with the other tier 9 armor vendors just west of the Crusaders' Coliseum between the Silver Covenant and Sunreaver Pavilion on the Argent Tournament Grounds in Icecrown. She sells Triumph-level (ilvl 245) tier 9 to members of the Horde.
