This item drops from the Lich King in the 10-man version of Icecrown Citadel.

Trivia Edit

This mace is none other than Uther the Lightbringer's famous hammer (or at the very least, one can safely assume Uther was the original wielder, because of the reference to the Lightbringer in the weapon's name).
