Vallejo's Law is a recurring theme in fantasy art and gaming, and can be defined by the following formula:

An item's armour class is inversely proportional to the amount of skin it covers.

There is a variant of the Law as stipulated by the Laws of Anime:

#34 - Law of Probable Attire, Second Corollary (Indecent Invulnerability): Bikinis render the wearer invulnerable to any form of damage. [1]

Vallejo's Law applies mostly to female characters, prompting accusations of anti-male discrimination.
