Vark Battlescar is a level 10 quest giver located in Shadowprey Village in the contested territory of Desolace. He is to be found on the second story of the building at 23,70, upstairs from the skinning trainer. Although he shares the same last name as Kargal Battlescar, apparently they are not related.

He starts the quest  [47] Vyletongue Corruption (Dungeon).
