The vehicle is a new addition to World of Warcraft that has been introduced in its second expansion. This mechanic, while similar to the mounting mechanic, allows combat while on the vehicle, which often has it's own spells or abilites unique to the vehicle. Most vehicles have been included in many quests throughout Northrend, while other vehicles were made for PvP in the battleground, Strand of the Ancients. Wintergrasp, too has also begun supplying vehicles which can be operated after gaining PvP ranks. Some vehicles can carry more than one person, which can sometimes attack from the passenger seats of certain vehicles or operate the turret in the case of a Siege engine. There is at least one mount item in the game that's technically a vehicle but considered a mount; 
[Reins of the Traveler's Tundra Mammoth]. Vehicles will usually take their own damage, and drivers of vehicle sometimes cannot be targeted and attacked depending on the vehicle. Drivers are completely unaffected my movement impairing effects when using a vehicle. Vehicles may also have a unique interface.
