State of Mind is a Tier 6 Holy priest talent introduced in patch 4.0.1 which augments the Chakra talent ability. While in a Chakra state, priests with this talent will have the duration of that state increased by 2/4 sec upon successfully casting the corresponding spell(s). Chakra: Serenity is extended by 
[Heal], Chakra: Sanctuary by either 
[Prayer of Healing] or 
[Prayer of Mending], and Chakra: Chastise by 
[Smite].
