The items of this set are sold by Leeni "Smiley" Smalls in Area 52 in Netherstorm, Explodyne Fizzlespurt in Nagrand, Meminnie in Blade's Edge Mountains and Ecton Brasstumbler in Gadgetzan in Tanaris. They are purchased using arena points.

The Shoulders require personal and team arena rating of 1950.
