Verdisa is a level 80 NPC located in The Oculus. She appears as a blood elf but is actually a green dragon in mortal guise. She is a prisoner of the Blue dragonflight, along with Belgaristrasz and Eternos. Once freed she allows players to ride drakes of the green dragonflight into battle against Varos Cloudstrider, Mage-Lord Urom, and Ley-Guardian Eregos.
Drakos the Interrogator drops [Verdisa's Cuffs of Dreaming].

While she uses the Blood Elf model, her dialouge is the same as that of a High Elf.
