Verna Furlbrow is a level 20 quest giver located by the road at the Jansen Stead in the human territory of Westfall. Her husband is Theodore Furlbrow. They have a son who joined the Valiance Expedition with the Wesfall Brigade. Private Furlbrow is currently stationed at the Westfall Brigade Encampment in the Grizzly Hills.

Theodore and Verna Furlbrow are found murdered near their cart at the Jansen Stead, as is their horse, Old Blanchy. Lieutenant Horatio Laine and some Stormwind investigators are on the scene trying to discover what happened.
