The Verrall Delta^{[68.2, 50.1]}

(also called "Verrall River Mouth") is the endpoint of the Verrall River in the Twilight Highlands. It is located just to the northwest of Dragonmaw Port, its waters filled with water elementals that have been driven into a frenzy.
