Vexspindle is a level 24 cloth and leather armor vendor located in Ratchet in the Horde-aligned territory of the Barrens. He maintains the armor store Plate-n-Chain along with Grazlix, a mail and shield merchant. He has a selection of common and uncommon armors mainly of interest to characters of level 17-20, such as the Owl Bracers. He carries a small knife.
