Central fortress of Dalaran which housed the Eye of Dalaran, the Chamber of Air, and great spell library of the Kirin Tor, the ruling mage class of Dalaran.

The city of Dalaran; the tall spire in the center (with the rotating crystals) is the Violet Citadel.

It was the "capital" of the nation of Dalaran and was located at Cross Island^{W2Man 44}.
