Vir'naal Lake^{[54, 39]}

is a large lake in the central part of Uldum. Its waters are held back by the Vir'naal Dam, and it borders the main territories of the Ramkahen, including their capital city, the village of Mar'at, and the date groves of the Tahret Grounds.

Within the lake is also the underwater entrance to Murkdeep Cavern, the secluded area that the Neferset are using to corrupt the waters of both the Lake and the Vir'naal River. This is prohibiting the Vir'naal Priests from receiving visions. In addition, the corruption has allowed the sea snakes to take hold, laying their eggs and further defiling the pristine waters.
