Virmen Scouts can be found throughout Thunderfoot Fields in the Valley of the Four Winds, very close to Pang's Stead. They are part of the virmen pests that have stolen farm equipment from the stead and planted it in the ground, as well as ransacking the farms. They have a knock-back ability.
