Volt is a member of the all-goblin <Gob Squad> first encountered by players at Bilgewater Harbor^{[55, 50]} in Azshara, in or near the building at the very top of the main hill. He is later encountered by players in the Twilight Highlands during the below quests and is, apparently, quite the shooter. During the Horde attack on Highbank^{[80.3, 75.9]}, he can be found at the top of the tower near the docked boat.
