Vyletongue Seat is located inside Maraudon, and is situated near the end of the Wicked Grotto. It is the most demonically tainted part of the dungeon, and is full of gnarled roots, skulking satyrs, twisted treants, as well as the very source of the corruption - Lord Vyletongue.
