Wagner Hammerstrike is a level 55 fireworks vendor located just south of Ironforge in the dwarven starting zone of Dun Morogh. He is only available during the Harvest Festival.

He starts the quest  [60] Honoring a Hero (Harvest Festival), which is a quest to honor Uther Lightbringer.
