Second only to Skadi's Iron Belt in terms of preraiding tank waists, and for Death Knights it was far superior during WotLK, though it has since been modified to be more equal, as Skadi's Iron Belt no longer effects shield block values, only raw evasion. Add an Iron Belt Buckle and a stam gem for a belt that will last you a while.
