Wand Specialization is a priest talent that increases wand damage by 5% per rank, up to 25% at max rank. Low-level priests use wands frequently, to do damage while Shadow Word: Pain ticks away the last bit of health on a mob.
Mages have a similar talent, Wand Specialization in their Arcane tree, which increases wand damage by 12-13% per rank, up to 25% at max rank.
