Chen and Li Li celebrate with the launch of fireworks, set up bonfires, and distribute kegs of ale. Lanterns will be launched into the water. A unique battle pet will spawn for capture. The achivement for attending either the opening or closing ceremony is  Wanders, Dreamers, and You.

Festival pilgrims walk through the Valley of the Four Winds starting at Stoneplow and will stop to talk with you about the festival.
