Chen and Li Li celebrate with the launch of fireworks, set up bonfires, and distribute kegs of ale. Lanterns will be launched into the water. A unique battle pet will spawn for capture. The achivement for attending either the opening or closing ceremony is [[[Wanders, Dreamers, and You]].

Festival pilgrims walk through the Valley of the Four Winds starting at Stoneplow and will stop to talk with you about the festival.
