An epic mount (+100% movement speed) purchasable for 100  from Provisioner Nasela <Mag'har Quartermaster> or Trader Narasu <Kurenai Quartermaster> in Nagrand, if you are exalted with the appropriate faction. Presumably the only difference between this kind of mount and a Talbuk mount is appearance (War Talbuk is armored).
