This item is a reward from the Alliance quest  [58D] Jail Break! which is part of the quest chain The Great Masquerade. To complete the quest, you must escort the NPC Marshall Windsor out of the instance Blackrock Depths.

This trinket is available only to Alliance characters.

CataclysmEdit

This section concerns content exclusive to Cataclysm.

As of Cataclysm, the stats on this item have changed. It is now a Blue quality item (although down to item level 56) and no longer grants +8 to all resistances. Instead, the item grants +16 Stamina and 16 critical strike rating on equip.
