Warlord Krom'zar is a level 20 elite Kolkar centaur found in the Barrens.
Regthar Deathgate wants a Piece of Krom'zar's Banner.
Once killed, the Kolkar invasion event will cease, and Krom'zar will drop said banner. "Open" it and loot the item you need.
