Watch Commander Zalaphil
Watch Commander Zalaphil is a level 9-10 rare mob human found in the receiving room of the castle at Tiragarde Keep, Durotar. He is a higher ranking Kul Tiras soldier, and was with Lieutenant Benedict dispatched to retake the keep and guard it from the orcs who wish to finish tearing it down. He is on a 1-2 hour respawn timer.
