[The Phylactery of Kel'Thuzad] after Kel'Thuzad was defeated the first time in the Eastern Plaguelands.
Inigo Montoy seems to get his name from Inigo Montoya, from the book The Princess Bride by William Goldman. Inigo's best known line is "Hello. My name is Inigo Montoya. You killed my father. Prepare to die." However, in World of Warcraft, there is no clear idea who is his father.
