  Only active while you remain in The Throne of the Tides.

Waters of Elune is a buff given to members of a player group within the Throne of the Tides when one of their members with  [Archaeology] completes  [80 Daily] Waters of Elune.

Notes

• Obtaining this buff requires use of a [Highborne Scroll]
• The quest must be completed again anytime players return to the instance.
